The Influencer Outreach Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in Dubai. The executive will identify, engage, and build strong relationships with influencers to drive successful influencer marketing campaigns. Responsibilities include outreach, partnership negotiation, campaign planning and execution, and performance monitoring. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, marketing experience, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and reach out to potential influencers for campaigns

• Manage and nurture relationships with influencers

• Plan and execute influencer marketing and social media strategies

• Negotiate partnership terms and agreements

• Monitor and analyze campaign performance to optimize results

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure campaign success

Skills and Qualifications:

• Strong communication and public relations skills

• Experience in influencer marketing and social media marketing

• Proven sales ability and track record

• Excellent organizational and multitasking capabilities

• Analytical skills to evaluate campaign effectiveness

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

• Previous marketing or related field experience is advantageous

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related discipline
