KPJ Selangor Specialist Hospital is seeking an Executive for Corporate Planning & Strategy to support the development, implementation, and monitoring of strategic initiatives aimed at driving the company’s long-term growth and success. This full-time, on-site role involves working closely with senior leadership to align business goals, analyze market trends, and provide actionable insights for strategic decision-making. The role requires strong analytical skills, business acumen, and effective cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in creating, developing, and implementing long-term growth initiatives across the organization and business units.

• Support the formulation and refinement of the company’s strategic plan, including defining vision, mission, and strategic priorities.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful execution of strategic plans.

• Monitor progress on strategic initiatives and organizational milestones.

• Manage enterprise-level performance metrics, including company-wide scorecards and KPIs.

• Track and analyze company performance versus external market forces to identify gaps and strengths.

• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify industry trends and growth opportunities.

• Support strategic planning for new business opportunities, working closely with Business Development and M&A teams.

• Prepare and present strategic recommendations, business cases, financial projections, and risk assessments to senior management.

• Facilitate coordination on strategic initiatives and board proposals/updates.

• Provide ad-hoc analysis, research, and reporting as needed.

• Maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
