Revolut is seeking an experienced Technical Recruiter to join their global team remotely. The Recruiter will play a vital role in hiring top tech talent by partnering with hiring managers, refining interview processes, and managing the full recruitment lifecycle. This role requires strong communication skills, technical understanding, and the ability to deliver results in a fast-paced, high-growth fintech environment.
Responsibilities:

Recruit exceptional software engineering and technical professionals at both individual contributor and management levels

Collaborate with hiring managers and stakeholders to define ideal candidate profiles

Develop and improve interview and assessment processes to enhance candidate experience and quality

Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future needs

Screen CVs, conduct interviews, and promote Revolut as an employer of choice

Drive the offer process and successfully close candidates

Implement modern sourcing and recruiting strategies across multiple channels

Act as a trusted talent acquisition advisor and subject matter expert for technical hiring
Qualifications:

3+ years experience as a Technical Recruiter, preferably in high-growth or fintech environments

Proven success hiring software engineering roles, including management

Strong collaboration skills with senior stakeholders and hiring managers

Technical acumen and ability to adapt to new domains quickly

Proficient with ATS and recruitment analytics tools

Excellent organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills

Fluency in English
