Responsibilities:

• Manage and develop a sales pipeline with provided fresh leads

• Represent real estate companies in buying, selling, and renting properties

• Build personal brand and client network through company-supported marketing

• Work towards high sales targets to maximize commission earnings

• Maintain client relationships and ensure excellent customer service

Compensation & Benefits:

• Commission-only structure with rates from 40% to 70%, or salary plus commission options (salary AED 3,000 to AED 7,000 depending on company)
