MB Services FZ LLC is hiring full-time Bilingual Customer Service Representatives fluent in English plus one of the following languages: Malay (Bahasa), Mandarin, or Cantonese. Based in Dubai Outsource City, this on-site role requires handling customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, maintaining customer records, and providing timely solutions. Candidates must be willing to work rotational shifts. Prior back-office experience is a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries and provide assistance through multiple channels (phone, email, chat)

• Maintain accurate and updated customer records

• Deliver timely and effective solutions to customer issues

• Work in rotational shifts as required

• Support smooth communication between customers and the company

Qualifications & Skills:

• Fluency in English and one of the following: Malay (Bahasa), Mandarin, or Cantonese

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work rotational shifts

• Prior back-office experience is advantageous
