OHANA Industries L.L.C., a leading manufacturer and supplier of high-grade Expanded Polystyrene (EPS) and Extruded Polystyrene (XPS) products, is hiring a Maintenance Manager – Plastic Injection Molding. Established in 2018, OHANA serves sectors such as construction, marine, agriculture, and packaging, with operations across the UAE and Oman. The company is committed to sustainable production and eco-friendly practices, ensuring products meet industry standards.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee equipment maintenance and ensure smooth operations of plastic injection molding machinery.

• Plan and implement preventive and corrective maintenance programs.

• Manage, train, and lead the maintenance team.

• Troubleshoot and repair equipment to minimize downtime.

• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and drive cost efficiency.

• Coordinate utilities maintenance, including boilers and chillers.

• Monitor and improve operational efficiency.

Skills & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Electronics, or Automation Engineering.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in plastic injection molding maintenance management.

• Strong supervisory, leadership, and troubleshooting skills.

• Knowledge of boilers, chillers, NDT, welding, CMS & FCM programs.

• Previous GCC experience is mandatory.
