Mini Club Scooby Srl, a leading educational organization specializing in Montessori-based early childhood education, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Kindergarten Director to join their team in Dubai. This full-time, on-site role involves overseeing daily operations of the kindergarten, including staff management, parent communication, and ensuring the well-being and development of children. The successful candidate will design and implement educational programs that meet local regulations and foster a safe, stimulating learning environment.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day kindergarten operations.

• Manage and support teaching and administrative staff.

• Communicate effectively with parents and guardians.

• Develop and implement educational programs in line with Montessori principles and local standards.

• Ensure compliance with all applicable childcare regulations and safety guidelines.

• Foster a nurturing, safe, and engaging learning environment for children.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong background in educational management, staff development, and administrative operations.

• In-depth knowledge of child development psychology and pedagogy.

• Proven experience in early childhood education, preferably with Montessori or similar methods.
