As a Retail Store Manager, you will take charge of one of the brand’s UAE stores, overseeing daily operations and leading a passionate sales team. Your mission is to ensure an exceptional customer experience that reflects Minimalist’s core value — “We don’t sell – we forge relationships.”

You will play a hands-on role in interacting with clients, understanding their needs, and curating the perfect product match, whether they are loyal customers or first-time visitors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee store operations, staff performance, and sales targets.

• Deliver a superior customer experience by building genuine, long-term client relationships.

• Understand individual customer needs and offer tailored product recommendations.

• Train, coach, and develop team members to meet brand and performance standards.

• Maintain store aesthetics and ensure visual merchandising is on-brand.

• Prepare and manage inventory, reports, and performance analytics.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, operational guidelines, and health/safety protocols.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience managing retail stores in the UAE — ideally in luxury, watches, or jewelry sectors.

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields preferred.

• Additional certifications in sales, retail, or project management are a plus.

• Exceptional communication skills in both English and Arabic are required.

• Strong leadership, customer service, and organizational abilities.
