Marriott International is currently hiring a Guest Relations Agent to join its award-winning team at The Ritz-Carlton Ras Al Khaimah, Al Wadi Desert. As a key part of the Rooms & Guest Services Operations, you will play an integral role in creating seamless and memorable guest experiences at one of the most unique and luxurious desert resorts in the region.

This full-time, on-site role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about guest service, attentive to detail, and eager to be part of a global luxury hospitality brand that sets the gold standard in service excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver a warm and personalized welcome and departure experience for all guests.

• Support operational needs, guest requests, and ensure guest satisfaction throughout their stay.

• Assist with check-in/check-out procedures and address inquiries or concerns with professionalism.

• Share insights about the local area and resort offerings to enhance the guest experience.

• Maintain confidentiality, adhere to company policies, and uphold quality standards.

• Ensure professional grooming, appearance, and communication at all times.

• Stand, walk, and move frequently to handle guest interactions effectively.

• Carry or move small objects (up to 10 lbs) as needed to assist with operations.

• Follow The Ritz-Carlton “Gold Standards” to consistently exceed guest expectations.

Requirements:

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent (G.E.D.).

• Experience: No previous related work experience required; hospitality experience is a plus.

• Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• Personality: Energetic, service-oriented, professional, and adaptable.

• Must be willing to work on-site in Ras Al Khaimah, UAE.
