We are currently looking for a skilled Laser Cutting Machine Operator to join our operations team in Dubai. This is a full-time on-site role offering hands-on experience with cutting-edge manufacturing technologies and collaboration with an expert engineering team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain CNC laser cutting machines to produce high-precision metal parts and components.

• Set up machines based on project requirements and technical drawings.

• Read and interpret blueprints, CAD files, and engineering documents to ensure correct specifications.

• Monitor the cutting process for accuracy, speed, and quality, making necessary adjustments in real-time.

• Inspect and measure finished components to ensure they meet strict quality standards.

• Perform routine preventive maintenance and troubleshoot mechanical or software issues as they arise.

• Follow and enforce safety protocols to maintain a hazard-free work environment.

• Collaborate with engineers and production teams to improve cutting efficiency and output.

• Maintain detailed logs of work performed, maintenance, and quality checks.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Proven experience operating CNC laser cutting machines.

• Strong knowledge of metal fabrication methods including water jet and plasma cutting.

• Ability to interpret technical drawings and blueprints.

• Mechanical aptitude with a proactive approach to machine troubleshooting and problem-solving.

• High attention to detail and commitment to quality assurance.

• Familiarity with manufacturing safety standards and protocols.

• Good communication skills and a collaborative mindset.

• Technical diploma or vocational training in mechanical or manufacturing-related fields preferred.

• Previous experience in a similar metal fabrication role is an advantage.
