Job Title: E-Commerce Specialist

Job Description:

We are hiring an experienced and dynamic E-Commerce Specialist to join a well-established food and beverage distributor, manufacturer, and logistics company based in Dubai, UAE. This full-time role offers an exciting opportunity to manage and grow the company’s online presence across top e-commerce platforms.

As an E-Commerce Specialist, you will be responsible for expanding digital reach, optimizing online listings, and driving performance across major platforms such as Amazon, Noon, Carrefour, Talabat, and Kibsons.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive growth on key e-commerce platforms by managing product listings, pricing strategies, and promotional activities

• Expand presence on new platforms in alignment with strategic business objectives

• Create and execute platform-specific marketing calendars and development plans on a monthly/quarterly basis

• Coordinate with logistics and supply chain teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and stock availability

• Analyze platform performance, sales reports, and customer reviews to enhance digital experiences and address concerns

• Ensure accuracy and consistency in product content, media assets, and metadata across all online channels

• Track competitor performance and implement pricing and positioning strategies accordingly

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field

• Minimum 3 years of proven experience in e-commerce or online marketing roles (FMCG retail industry experience is mandatory)

• Strong knowledge of online marketplace best practices: pricing, inventory management, media content, and POs

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel

• Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail

• Excellent communication and coordination skills
