Job Title: Site Supervisor & Driver 

Job Description:

We are looking for a reliable and experienced Site Supervisor & Driver with a background in civil engineering and interior fit-out projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring quality standards, conducting site visits, and handling safe and timely transportation of employees, materials, and equipment.

This role requires a strong balance of technical knowledge, supervisory skills, and safe driving practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and monitor on-site operations to ensure adherence to quality standards and project specifications

• Safely drive and transport team members, materials, and equipment to and from project sites

• Perform regular site visits and quality inspections to assess progress and maintain workmanship standards

• Maintain professional communication with team members, management, and clients

• Coordinate daily schedules and logistics to support smooth execution of tasks

• Ensure safety compliance and efficient use of resources on-site

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Diploma in Civil Engineering or a related technical field

• Proven experience in fit-out and contracting works, such as flooring and painting

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

• Fluent in English and Hindi, with excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Strong leadership, planning, and organizational abilities

• Ability to work independently and collaborate within a team

• Attention to detail, problem-solving attitude, and reliability in meeting deadlines
