Job Title: Architect 

Job Description:

We are seeking a creative and motivated Architect to lead architectural projects from initial client consultations to final construction stages. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of proven experience in the UAE and be passionate about innovative design, technical precision, and client satisfaction.

This role involves handling the full project lifecycle, from understanding client requirements to preparing design proposals, technical drawings, and construction documentation, as well as overseeing project execution in collaboration with internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Meet with clients to discuss project goals, design preferences, and budgets

• Develop and present innovative architectural concepts and proposals

• Prepare and revise 2D and 3D drawings, specifications, and detailed construction documents

• Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and consultants throughout project stages

• Ensure all designs comply with UAE regulations, building codes, and safety standards

• Monitor progress at construction sites and ensure adherence to approved plans and timelines

• Manage project teams and maintain strong client relationships throughout the process

Skills & Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of architectural experience in the UAE (mandatory)

• Strong skills in 2D and 3D design tools

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar architectural software

• Creative vision paired with solid technical knowledge

• Excellent communication, coordination, and project management skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field
