Job Title: Business Development Executive
Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to spearhead the expansion of our financial auditing services in Dubai. This is a key role for a motivated professional with a solid background in business development and a strong understanding of the financial services landscape, particularly in auditing.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new market opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and contributing to strategic initiatives that enhance our brand visibility and client base. Key Responsibilities:

Identify and develop new business opportunities within the financial auditing sector

Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing clients

Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends, client needs, and growth opportunities

Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored auditing solutions

Prepare and present professional proposals and pitches to potential clients

Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking forums

Analyze competitor activity and provide insights to enhance business strategies

Gather client feedback and relay key insights to management for continuous service improvement
Preferred Candidate Profile:

Minimum 2+ years of business development experience, preferably within UAE’s financial services sector

Strong understanding of financial auditing principles and compliance regulations

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with cross-functional teams

Strong organizational and time management abilities

Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage

Bachelor’s degree or higher diploma in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field

UAE-based candidates with Indian nationality preferred
