Known for delivering cutting-edge immunodiagnostic products and laboratory equipment, DRG also provides integrated services such as delivery, customs clearance, installation, training, technical support, and after-warranty care.

We are currently hiring a Field Application Specialist for a full-time remote role based in Dubai. The ideal candidate will act as the technical liaison between the company and its customers, ensuring the smooth operation and support of our diagnostic tools and systems. This role involves providing technical support, training, occasional on-site visits, and addressing customer queries with precision and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide remote and occasional on-site technical support to customers

• Deliver product and equipment training to lab staff and clinical teams

• Troubleshoot equipment issues and suggest practical solutions

• Collaborate with internal teams for customer feedback and improvement

• Assist with lab tests and product demonstrations

• Ensure accurate documentation and reporting of service-related activities

• Conduct product research and stay updated on scientific developments

• Support customers throughout pre- and post-sales processes

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Biology, Biotechnology, or a related scientific field

• Strong knowledge of Microbiology and Immunology

• Excellent troubleshooting and technical support abilities

• Prior experience conducting scientific/laboratory research

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Customer-centric approach and ability to manage expectations

• Comfortable working independently and remotely

• Experience in the medical diagnostics industry is an added advantage
