Responsibilities:

• Sort and categorize laundry items including guest clothing, linens, and staff uniforms, ensuring proper handling and segregation

• Inspect clothing for stains or damage and use appropriate cleaning techniques to preserve garment integrity

• Operate laundry machinery safely and efficiently, adhering to manufacturer guidelines for washing, drying, and ironing

• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation by thorough washing, drying, ironing, and folding

• Perform quality control to ensure all laundered items meet cleanliness and appearance standards before delivery

• Track inventory levels accurately and notify supervisors of stock replenishment needs

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in English or a preferred local language (reading, writing, and speaking)

• Intermediate knowledge of MS Office applications

• Reliable, honest, and sincere work ethic

• Strong customer service orientation

• Ability to adapt and appreciate cultural diversity
