Job Description:

We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Waiters/Waitresses to join our vibrant team in Dubai’s bustling hospitality sector. As a crucial member of the front-of-house team, you will ensure that guests enjoy a memorable dining experience by delivering attentive, friendly, and efficient service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests with warmth and professionalism

• Take accurate food and beverage orders and communicate effectively with kitchen staff

• Serve meals and drinks promptly, ensuring quality and presentation meet our high standards

• Anticipate guest needs and promptly respond to requests or concerns

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas and service stations

• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service flow

• Process payments accurately and handle cash responsibly

• Upsell menu items and promote daily specials to enhance guest satisfaction

• Adhere strictly to food safety, hygiene, and sanitation protocols

• Assist in setting up and breaking down dining areas for various services and events

• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to continuously improve skills

• Maintain a positive and professional attitude, especially during busy periods

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Prior experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment preferred

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong customer service orientation with a friendly, professional demeanor

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-pressure setting

• Basic knowledge of food and beverage menus with a willingness to learn and grow
