Transguard, a leading provider of integrated security services in the UAE, is currently hiring full-time Security Guards to join its dedicated team in Dubai. The Security Guard will play a key role in protecting people, property, and assets by enforcing site security protocols and company policies, ensuring a safe experience for both staff and visitors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor surveillance equipment, access points, and premises activities.

• Conduct routine security patrols inside and around the facility.

• Grant or deny entry to individuals based on authorization procedures.

• Report suspicious activity and write incident reports as necessary.

• Respond quickly and effectively to alarms and emergency situations.

• Inspect buildings, doors, gates, and windows for signs of tampering or breaches.

• Deliver excellent customer service while ensuring safety and compliance.

• Maintain high standards of professional appearance and conduct.

• Follow company policies and safety protocols strictly.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Experience in physical, personnel, or private security is preferred.

• Excellent observation, communication, and reporting skills.

• Strong interpersonal skills and a calm demeanor under pressure.

• Ability to act swiftly and effectively during emergency situations.

• Physically fit and capable of standing or patrolling for long periods.

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.

• Security certification or training (e.g., SIRA) is a plus.

• Fluent in English; additional language skills are beneficial.
