Innovations Group UAE is currently seeking highly motivated and results-driven Relationship Officers for full-time, on-site roles based in Dubai and Sharjah. This position is ideal for individuals with a passion for sales, particularly in credit card products, and a commitment to building strong client relationships.

As a Relationship Officer, you will be responsible for promoting and selling credit card products, ensuring exceptional service delivery, and achieving monthly sales targets. You will play a key role in expanding the customer base while maintaining long-term client relationships in a competitive financial environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate leads and identify potential customers for credit card sales.

• Promote and sell credit card products to individuals and corporate clients.

• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.

• Provide accurate product information and resolve customer inquiries effectively.

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through proactive service.

• Meet or exceed assigned monthly sales targets.

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of financial products and services.

• Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align client acquisition strategies.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Strong skills in Business Relationship Management and Finance.

• Excellent sales abilities with a proven track record (preferably in credit card sales).

• Outstanding communication and customer service skills.

• Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.

• Proficiency in Indian languages is an added advantage.

• Previous experience in the financial services sector is highly preferred.
