Job Title: HR & Administrative Officer

Key Responsibilities:
🔹 Recruitment & Staffing

Coordinate end-to-end recruitment including posting jobs, screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and assisting in selection.
🔹 Employee Relations

Act as the first point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures

Support the resolution of employee grievances and promote a healthy work culture
🔹 Payroll & Benefits

Administer payroll processes with accuracy

Maintain updated employee records and manage benefit programs
🔹 Compliance & Documentation

Ensure adherence to UAE labor laws and internal policies

Maintain confidentiality and secure storage of sensitive HR documents
🔹 Office Administration

Oversee daily office operations

Manage inventory of office supplies and coordinate repairs or facility needs
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

Minimum 2–5 years of experience in a similar HR and administrative role

Knowledge of UAE labor laws and HR best practices

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems

Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills

Ability to handle multiple responsibilities with discretion and attention to detail
