Job Title: HR & Administrative Officer

Job Description:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR & Administrative Officer to support our vibrant fashion boutique in Sharjah, UAE. In this role, you will manage daily HR operations, ensure compliance with UAE labor laws, and contribute to a well-organized, positive work environment. Key Responsibilities:

🔹 Recruitment & Staffing

  • Coordinate end-to-end recruitment including posting jobs, screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and assisting in selection.

🔹 Employee Relations

  • Act as the first point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures

  • Support the resolution of employee grievances and promote a healthy work culture

🔹 Payroll & Benefits

  • Administer payroll processes with accuracy

  • Maintain updated employee records and manage benefit programs

🔹 Compliance & Documentation

  • Ensure adherence to UAE labor laws and internal policies

  • Maintain confidentiality and secure storage of sensitive HR documents

🔹 Office Administration

  • Oversee daily office operations

  • Manage inventory of office supplies and coordinate repairs or facility needs

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

  • Minimum 2–5 years of experience in a similar HR and administrative role

  • Knowledge of UAE labor laws and HR best practices

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems

  • Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to handle multiple responsibilities with discretion and attention to detail
