Burjline Builders is currently hiring Cabin Crew members on a 6-month contract basis for operations based in Dubai, UAE. This position involves working on-site with Abu Dhabi Aviation fixed-wing aircraft. As part of a dynamic and professional team, you will be responsible for delivering a high standard of customer service while ensuring the safety and security of all passengers and crew on board.

Key Responsibilities:

• Attend preflight briefings regarding flight details, safety protocols, and service procedures.

• Ensure all in-flight supplies (meals, beverages, emergency equipment) are adequately stocked.

• Maintain professional appearance and comply with grooming standards.

• Conduct pre-flight safety and security checks of the aircraft.

• Assist passengers during boarding, seating, and disembarkation.

• Provide demonstrations of safety and emergency procedures.

• Serve food and beverages according to flight service protocols.

• Offer special assistance to children, elderly, and passengers with special needs.

• Respond calmly and professionally to in-flight issues, including emergencies.

• Conduct regular safety inspections and cabin walkthroughs.

• Report equipment malfunctions and ensure cabin cleanliness.

• Collaborate with crew members, pilots, and ground staff to ensure a seamless experience.

• Administer first aid when necessary and complete post-flight duties.

• Maintain records of safety occurrences in the Safety Management System (SMS).

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Cabin Crew.

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Fluent in English (spoken and written).

• Minimum age: 21 years.

• Height: Minimum 160 cm (Female), 165 cm (Male), with weight proportionate to height.

• Medically fit to meet aviation regulatory standards.

• No visible tattoos in uniform.

• Willing to relocate as needed.

• Energetic, confident, and team-oriented personality.

• Preferred: Experience in Dash-8 Q300 / Q400 aircraft types.

Required Skills:

• Ability to swim using a flotation device.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.

• Strong customer service skills and the ability to work under pressure.

Preferred Skills:

• Proficiency in Arabic language is an advantage.
