Greenfix Property Care is seeking an experienced Camp Boss to oversee the daily operations and smooth functioning of our camp facility in Abu Dhabi. This full-time, on-site position requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and a commitment to maintaining a safe, clean, and efficient living environment for all camp residents.
Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate all camp activities, staff, and services.

Ensure accommodation, catering, and housekeeping services meet high-quality standards.

Oversee maintenance to keep facilities safe, clean, and well-functioning.

Manage inventory and coordinate the procurement of supplies.

Organize daily logistics including room assignments, transportation, and scheduling.

Enforce camp rules and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Serve as the primary contact for camp-related issues and emergencies.
Skills & Qualifications:

Minimum 3 years of experience in camp management, hospitality, or related supervision.

Strong leadership and communication skills.

Ability to manage diverse teams and work effectively under pressure.

Ability to relocate or commute to Abu Dhabi before starting work.
Salary & Benefits:

Salary: Up to AED 3,000/month.
