Greenfix Property Care is seeking an experienced Camp Boss to oversee the daily operations and smooth functioning of our camp facility in Abu Dhabi. This full-time, on-site position requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and a commitment to maintaining a safe, clean, and efficient living environment for all camp residents.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate all camp activities, staff, and services.

• Ensure accommodation, catering, and housekeeping services meet high-quality standards.

• Oversee maintenance to keep facilities safe, clean, and well-functioning.

• Manage inventory and coordinate the procurement of supplies.

• Organize daily logistics including room assignments, transportation, and scheduling.

• Enforce camp rules and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

• Serve as the primary contact for camp-related issues and emergencies.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in camp management, hospitality, or related supervision.

• Strong leadership and communication skills.

• Ability to manage diverse teams and work effectively under pressure.

• Ability to relocate or commute to Abu Dhabi before starting work.

Salary & Benefits:

• Salary: Up to AED 3,000/month.
