Smart Bull Tourism, a rapidly growing Destination Management Company (DMC) founded in 2022, is seeking a skilled and passionate Tour Consultant to join our team in Dubai. This full-time, on-site role is perfect for individuals who excel in creating memorable travel experiences and delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate, and execute guided tours across the UAE.

• Communicate with clients to understand their travel needs and preferences.

• Develop customized itineraries blending luxury, adventure, and cultural experiences.

• Ensure smooth travel arrangements, from booking to execution.

• Provide expert travel consulting and recommendations.

• Maintain excellent client relationships through prompt and professional service.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience in guided tours, travel consulting, and tourism operations.

• Exceptional communication and customer service skills.

• Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

• Prior experience in a DMC or travel agency is preferred.
