Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain guest rooms and public areas in pristine condition

• Make beds, change linens, and replenish room supplies

• Clean bathrooms, vacuum carpets, dust furniture, and polish surfaces

• Handle laundry services and ensure proper organization

• Respond promptly to guest requests and maintain a courteous demeanor

• Report maintenance issues and follow up on necessary actions

• Support team members in delivering a consistent guest experience

Skills and Qualifications:

• Proficiency in laundry operations and room organization

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• Ability to manage time effectively and work independently

• High attention to detail and reliability under pressure

• Prior experience in housekeeping or hospitality preferred

• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays

• Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus)
