Job Role:
Space is looking for a Freelancer for Training to join their team on a part-time hybrid basis in Dubai. This role involves developing and delivering training sessions, designing engaging instructional content, and supporting continuous learning within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and deliver impactful training programs tailored to internal or client needs

• Design engaging instructional materials and digital resources

• Conduct live or hybrid training sessions

• Evaluate training effectiveness and suggest improvements

• Collaborate with other departments to align training with business objectives

Skills & Qualifications:

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• Proficiency in training and development methodologies

• Strong instructional design and facilitation experience

• Ability to work independently in a hybrid setup

• Previous experience in the luxury or beauty industry is a plus

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Human Resources, Business, or related field
