Job Role:
As a Veterinary Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for pet owners, providing exceptional service and maintaining smooth front-desk operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist pet owners warmly and professionally

• Handle front desk duties such as appointment scheduling and coordination

• Respond to client inquiries via calls, messages, and in person

• Support smooth communication between clients and the veterinary team

• Assist in day-to-day administrative clinic tasks

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Positive, client-focused attitude

• Genuine love for animals

• Prior experience in a veterinary receptionist role is a plus but not required
