Job Role:
HR Executive (Recruiter) – 80% Talent Acquisition & 20% HR Operations

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement end-to-end recruiting strategies

• Create recruitment materials and publish on job portals, newspapers, and college boards

• Source candidates using job boards, social media, and internal databases

• Review resumes and screen candidates for suitability

• Conduct interviews using structured and effective evaluation methods

• Evaluate candidates’ skills, experience, and overall fit for roles

• Facilitate onboarding and ensure a smooth transition for new hires

• Apply industry best practices in talent acquisition

• Maintain detailed recruitment reports and dashboards

• Serve as the candidate’s point of contact throughout the recruitment lifecycle

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Strong understanding of talent acquisition practices

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Well-versed with sourcing tools like job portals and social media

• Ability to manage multiple roles and work in a fast-paced environment

• Basic knowledge of HR operations is a plus
