FitnGlam, a premium women-only fitness and wellness club in Dubai, is seeking a dynamic Membership Consultant to join its growing team. This full-time, on-site role is ideal for candidates who are passionate about health and wellness, possess excellent communication skills in Arabic, and have a proven track record in sales or customer engagement.

As a Membership Consultant, you’ll be responsible for driving membership growth, delivering persuasive sales presentations, and building lasting relationships with prospective and existing members.

• Present and promote membership packages to potential clients.

• Exceed membership acquisition and revenue goals consistently.

• Maintain organized records for sales and performance tracking.
