Rotana Hotel Management Corporation PJSC is looking for a passionate and guest-focused Housekeeping Attendant to join their hospitality team in Abu Dhabi. This full-time, on-site position is ideal for individuals with a keen eye for cleanliness and a dedication to delivering outstanding service to guests. You will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of guest rooms and public areas while adhering to hotel policies and standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive work assignments, keys, and supplies from the supervisor and sign the key log book.

• Clean rooms and bathrooms, ensuring all tasks are completed to standard.

• Keep fire exits and stairways free from obstruction.

• Report any maintenance issues immediately.

• Remove litter from corridors and pathways.

• Vacuum carpets and furniture, dust and polish surfaces, and empty bins.

• Make beds, clean sinks, bathtubs, toilets, mirrors, floors, and polish metal fittings.

• Replenish guest amenities and bathroom supplies.

• Arrange guest items neatly and spot-clean carpets as needed.

• Maintain cleanliness in corridors, service areas, and pantries.

• Remove room service trays and trolleys from rooms and corridors.

• Notify valet service for laundry, dry cleaning, or pressing requests.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Vocational training in housekeeping (preferred).

• Basic English communication skills.

• Friendly and caring personality with cross-cultural sensitivity.

• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong teamwork and adaptability.

• Passionate about providing exceptional guest service.
