ENEC Operations is looking for a Contracts Management Specialist to oversee and execute contracts management processes across various categories including goods, services, licensing agreements, leasing, copyrights, and manpower. This full-time, on-site role is located in Abu Dhabi and plays a crucial role in ensuring procurement compliance and effective contract utilization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive and analyze annual procurement plans and scope of work from end-users.

• Ensure budget allocations align with project plans.

• Coordinate contract documentation with users and procurement teams.

• Review and monitor tender documents, SOWs, and contract plans.

• Track contract utilization and GRN entries in Oracle.

• Escalate and resolve supply chain issues with appropriate departments.

• Submit periodic performance and status reports to the Head of Contracts Management.

• Supervise junior Contract Management Specialists as needed.

• Develop and maintain Contracts Management procedures and ensure adherence to ENEC’s policies.

• Implement continuous improvement practices to streamline procurement and contract processes.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Supply Chain Management.

• Experience: Minimum 5 years in Supply Chain, Contract, or Procurement roles, preferably in the energy, oil, or gas sector.

• Certifications (Preferred):

  • Chartered Institute of Procurement and Supply (CIPS)

  • Certified Purchasing Manager (C.P.M.)

  • Project Management Professional (PMP)
