This full-time, on-site role is essential for managing data processing, updating geotechnical databases, coordinating documentation, and supporting the engineering team. Key Responsibilities:

• Handle daily data processing tasks and maintain updated project databases.

• Record machinery and manpower timesheets accurately.

• Maintain and update all geotechnical data generated during projects.

• Support geotechnical engineers with data compilation and basic analysis.

• Assist in document control for geotechnical and ground improvement teams.

• Ensure smooth communication between ground improvement teams and support departments.

• Prepare Excel sheets and technical code databases for accurate data tracking.

• Provide managers with timely reports on site progress, delays, and forecasts.

• Adhere to HSE procedures and promote safety in all tasks.

• Troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues efficiently.

• Interact with various departments for effective data integration and reporting.

• Perform additional tasks as required by operational needs.

Requirements:

• Diploma in a relevant field or equivalent qualification.

• Minimum 4 years of experience in a similar role within the civil or infrastructure sector.

• Strong Excel skills and database management knowledge.

• Experience in geotechnical data processing is preferred.

• Ability to collaborate across teams and maintain organized documentation.
