Job Summary:
WADI ALSAHAB is seeking Security Guards to join their team in Dubai. This full-time, on-site role involves patrolling, monitoring, and securing designated premises, ensuring a safe and secure environment for clients and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct routine foot and vehicle patrols to monitor premises and secure perimeters.

• Manage access control by verifying identities, maintaining visitor logs, and monitoring entry/exit points.

• Operate CCTV cameras, alarm panels, and electronic security systems.

• Respond quickly to security incidents, emergencies, and alarms following established protocols.

• Draft detailed reports on daily activities and incidents to maintain accurate documentation.

• Coordinate with local law enforcement and emergency responders when required.

Skills & Qualifications:

Must-Have:

• Valid UAE Security Guard license from an accredited training provider.

• 1–3 years of experience in on-site security or patrol duties.

• Proficiency with access control systems, alarm systems, and CCTV operations.

• Strong situational awareness and observational skills.

• Effective communication skills in English; Arabic is an advantage.

• First-aid and emergency response training (Civil Defence certification preferred).

Preferred:

• Prior experience in professional services, corporate, or high-security environments.

• Familiarity with health and safety protocols, risk assessments, and incident management.

• Additional certifications in fire safety, crowd control, or a background in the military or police.
