Key Responsibilities:

• Clean and maintain guest rooms and floor corridors as per hotel standards

• Ensure cleanliness and upkeep of pantries, trolleys, and service areas

• Perform turndown service according to prescribed guidelines

• Report maintenance issues, repair needs, and room status discrepancies to the Shift Supervisor

• Anticipate and respond promptly to guest needs and requests

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role at a reputed hotel
