Kaf Cafe Dubai , UAE

Kaf Cafe, a newly launched concept café in Dubai, is looking for a proactive and highly organized Personal Assistant to support its owner and senior team in daily operations. This is a full-time, on-site position ideal for candidates with prior experience in F&B, hospitality, or startups. The role involves handling administrative tasks, coordinating schedules, assisting with vendor management, and providing overall support to ensure smooth day-to-day business functioning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the owner’s calendar, appointments, and meetings

  • Coordinate internal and external communications (emails, calls)

  • Assist with vendor follow-ups, orders, and inventory coordination

  • Maintain digital and physical documentation and filing systems

  • Support marketing and social media coordination as required

  • Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence for the owner

  • Liaise with HR, suppliers, and other external partners

  • Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion

  • Support the café’s daily operational and administrative functions

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant, preferably in the F&B, hospitality, or startup sector

  • Strong skills in communication, diary management, and clerical tasks

  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field preferred

  • Proficiency in English (Arabic is a plus)

  • Must be currently based in Dubai with UAE experience

  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced café environment and evolving business needs

  • High level of discretion and ability to handle confidential matters

Salary Range: AED 5,000 – 7,000 per month
