Job Title: Content Creator & On-Camera Presenter 

Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and confident Content Creator & On-Camera Presenter to join a prominent government entity responsible for the development and regulation of business zones in Dubai, UAE. This full-time role is ideal for a UAE National (with Dubai-issued passport) who is passionate about digital storytelling, video content, and creating engaging narratives across social media platforms.

As the face and voice of the organization’s content, you will take charge of crafting compelling stories, showcasing progress, highlighting people, and offering behind-the-scenes perspectives to elevate public engagement and awareness.

Key Responsibilities:

• Present on-camera for platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn, narrating organizational stories, projects, and updates

• Create, shoot, edit, and publish both short-form and long-form video content

• Collaborate with the MarComs team to support campaigns, events, and major announcements

• Translate complex information into engaging digital content that resonates with diverse audiences

• Monitor and analyze content performance to guide content strategy and engagement improvements

Qualifications & Skills:

• Open to UAE Nationals with a Dubai-issued passport, aged 35 years or below

• Educational background in Media, Communications, or Marketing

• Prior experience in content creation, social media, and digital storytelling

• Strong understanding of social media trends, content formats, and platform engagement

• Skilled in video editing using CapCut, Adobe Premiere, Final Cut, or similar tools

• Confident, creative, and comfortable in front of the camera

• Knowledge of content performance analytics is a strong advantage

Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary: Up to AED 29,000 all-inclusive (based on experience & qualifications)
