Emirates Global Aluminium (EGA) is the world’s largest producer of ‘premium aluminium,’ recognized for its innovation, sustainability, and operational excellence. EGA is now hiring a Junior Recruiter on a contractual basis to support its growing recruitment needs.

Role Summary:

As a Junior Recruiter, you will play a vital role in sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews for a wide range of positions. This contract role is based in Abu Dhabi and requires prior experience in mass recruitment and working in dynamic environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct initial candidate screenings (CV reviews and phone interviews).

• Assess candidates for qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.

• Administer skill-based tests if needed.

• Present shortlisted candidates to talent acquisition partners.

• Coordinate interviews and manage candidate scheduling.

• Maintain regular communication with candidates to ensure a positive experience.

• Provide job-related guidance and feedback to applicants.

• Maintain accurate candidate records and update internal databases.

• Ensure compliance with recruitment standards and documentation practices.

• Track recruitment metrics and suggest improvements based on data insights.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.

• Minimum 10 years of recruitment experience, including experience hiring for senior roles.

• Prior experience in mass/bulk recruitment is essential.

• Experience working in a recruitment agency is a plus.

• Strong skills in sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.

• Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).

• Proficiency in recruitment systems and reporting tools.

• Preference for candidates who are immediately available.

• Must be able to work on-site in the UAE.
