3M is seeking a Sales Leader for its Autocare division, focusing on Emerging Markets across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. This full-time, Dubai-based role requires a strategic and driven professional to lead sales, develop market strategies, and manage distributor and retailer relationships across a minimum of 15 countries. The ideal candidate will have strong regional market knowledge, leadership skills, and a background in the automotive or FMCG sectors.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead sales, market penetration, and profitability for 3M Autocare products in Emerging Markets

  • Develop and execute regional sales strategies and growth initiatives

  • Manage distributor and retailer partnerships to meet or exceed sales targets

  • Identify opportunities in retail, e-commerce, professional, and B2B segments

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with trade marketing, distributors, sales, and e-commerce teams

  • Travel up to 40% across Europe, Middle East, and Africa (including Israel)

Skills Required:

  • University degree in Business, Marketing, Automotive Engineering, or related field

  • 5+ years of sales experience in the Automotive or FMCG industry

  • Strong understanding of Autocare products and regional market dynamics

  • Proven experience managing B2B accounts and distributors

  • Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills

  • Eligibility for Schengen visa

  • Demonstrated leadership and adaptability in dynamic markets

  • Must be self-motivated and able to navigate ambiguity
