Action Global Communications, a leading independent communications agency operating across three continents, is looking for a result-driven Arabic Content Writer to join their team on-site at a client’s office in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have over 6 years of experience in crafting compelling branded content, strong storytelling skills, and experience in content production and scripting for digital platforms.

Responsibilities:

• Develop engaging concepts, scripts, and copy for branded content and social media.

• Collaborate with the creative team to ensure strong visual storytelling and impactful communication.

• Support the design team to produce high-quality creative assets.

• Supervise content execution on set, ensuring alignment with the brand’s tone and message.

• Stay updated on content trends and digital storytelling techniques.

• Present scripts and ideas clearly to internal stakeholders and clients.

• Work closely with business teams to align content strategies with client needs.

• Mentor junior team members and provide constructive feedback.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Native-level fluency in Arabic and strong command of English.

• At least 6 years of proven experience as a content writer or copywriter.

• Strong storytelling ability and understanding of narrative structure.

• Experience in on-set production and script execution.

• Collaborative mindset with the ability to work across departments.

• Strong presentation and communication skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field.

• Must have a portfolio demonstrating copywriting, storytelling, and conceptual thinking.
