Job Title: Steel Trader 

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Steel Trader to join our dynamic trading team in Dubai, UAE. In this role, you will manage the sourcing, negotiation, and distribution of steel products across the UAE and nearby markets. You will play a key role in building global supplier relationships, optimizing trading strategies, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and operational standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source, negotiate, and procure steel products from international suppliers

• Manage sales and distribution operations throughout the UAE and surrounding regions

• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, clients, and logistics partners

• Monitor global steel market trends and develop effective trading strategies

• Coordinate shipments and maintain accurate inventory levels

• Ensure timely delivery in collaboration with logistics, finance, and operations teams

• Prepare detailed reports on trading performance, market analysis, and risk management

• Ensure all trading activities comply with import/export regulations and internal policies

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Open to Male candidates of Arabic or Asian nationalities

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, or a related field

• Minimum 5 years of experience in steel or commodity trading, preferably within the UAE or GCC

• Strong knowledge of steel grades, specifications, products, and international supply chain processes

• Proven negotiation, analytical, and communication skills

• Familiarity with trading documentation, risk assessment, and logistics coordination

Position Details:

• Job Type: Full-Time

• Salary: Up to 20,000 AED all-inclusive (depending on experience and qualifications)
