Job Title: Sales & Projects Coordinator 

Job Description:

We are looking for a proactive, confident, and detail-oriented Sales & Projects Coordinator to join our growing team in the UAE. This is a field-focused, sales-driven role that involves visiting contractors, consultants, interior designers, and end clients to uncover and secure new project opportunities.

You will act as the key liaison between the company and potential clients, focusing on sales outreach, project coordination, and operational support across the full project cycle — from inquiry to delivery.

🔑 Key Responsibilities

Primary Responsibilities (Daily/Weekly)

✅ Client Engagement & Outreach

• Visit consultants, contractors, designers, and clients to identify opportunities

• Engage with decision-makers and collect project details

• Document site visits and observations

✅ Data & Information Management

• Organize and store all contact and project info using structured folders and forms

• Maintain records of client conversations and project stages

✅ Follow-Ups & Communication

• Use emails, calls, and WhatsApp to maintain client communication

• Follow up regularly on project leads using structured templates

✅ Project Tracking & Planning

• Update tracking sheets with project statuses and follow-up plans

• Prioritize projects based on lead activity and potential

✅ Inquiry & Quotation Handling

• Respond quickly to new inquiries

• Organize incoming BOQs/documents and coordinate with the team for pricing

• Update project records post-proposal submission

✅ Ongoing Client Engagement

• Maintain consistent communication throughout the project lifecycle

• Adjust tracking based on current status (tender, awarded, hold, etc.)

Secondary Responsibilities (Occasional)

• Quotation & Estimation: Prepare pricing using internal templates, contact vendors, and estimate quantities

• Technical Submittals: Compile datasheets, catalogs, and lighting calculations

• AutoCAD & Visuals: Assist in lighting layouts, presentations, and graphic design when needed

• Lighting Calculations: Use DIALux/Relux; coordinate for IES files

• Site Supervision & Commissioning: Visit job sites for supervision and reporting

• Shipping Support: Help with shipment details, packing lists, and invoices

• General Support: Maintain sample inventory, stock updates, and daily reporting

🎯 Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have Skills:

• UAE Driver’s License (Mandatory)

• Fluent in English (spoken & written)

• Strong interpersonal, persuasive, and confident communication

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook

• Organized data management and CRM or Excel tracking

• Client-focused and results-oriented approach

Preferred Skills (Bonus):

• Basic knowledge of AutoCAD, DIALux/Relux, Adobe Photoshop

• Familiarity with lighting products and UAE construction industry

• Hindi language skills and basic Arabic (preferred)

• Understanding of full project lifecycle

🎓 Education & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or a related field

• 1–3 years of experience in sales or client-facing roles

• Fresh graduates with strong communication and sales enthusiasm are also encouraged to apply
