Job Title: Compliance & Risk Management Officer

Job Description:

We are actively seeking a highly qualified and detail-oriented Compliance & Risk Management Officer to join our Forex trading brokerage firm in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have strong regulatory knowledge, hold relevant CISI-SCA certifications, and possess prior experience in compliance and risk roles within the Forex industry.

This role is pivotal in ensuring the company remains fully compliant with Securities and Commodities Authority (SCA) regulations while also implementing effective risk management frameworks across all operations.

Key Responsibilities:

🔹 Regulatory Compliance:

• Ensure full organizational compliance with SCA regulations and licensing requirements

• Act as the key liaison with all regulatory authorities, especially SCA

• Oversee employee and company registration and licensing with SCA, including timely renewals and submissions

• Manage and submit required regulatory filings and reports accurately

🔹 Training & Oversight:

• Conduct staff compliance training to ensure alignment with current regulations

• Investigate potential compliance breaches and recommend corrective actions

• Coordinate with legal advisors, external auditors, and regulatory bodies for audits and inquiries

🔹 Risk Management:

• Identify, evaluate, and monitor operational, financial, and strategic risks

• Develop and implement risk mitigation plans and procedures

• Conduct risk assessments and report findings to senior leadership

• Integrate risk management into daily operations by collaborating with cross-functional teams

• Stay informed about industry-specific risk developments and regulatory changes

Mandatory Requirements:

• 1–2 years of experience as a Compliance & RM Officer in a Forex trading brokerage in Dubai (MANDATORY)

• CISI-SCA certifications in compliance and risk management accredited by the SCA (at least one is mandatory; the second must be pursued if missing)

• Strong understanding of UAE regulatory frameworks and SCA protocols

• Fluent in Arabic (mandatory)

• Immediate availability preferred

• Salary: AED 15,000 for the right candidate
