Crystal Corporation LLC is hiring an experienced Industrial Painter for a full-time on-site role in Dubai. The selected candidate will be responsible for preparing and painting surfaces in industrial environments, ensuring quality finishes while adhering to all safety protocols. This role is ideal for professionals skilled in applying coatings using various techniques and maintaining high standards of durability and appearance.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, and filling to remove dirt, rust, and imperfections.

• Apply primers, paints, and coatings using brushes, rollers, or spray equipment.

• Understand and utilize different types of paints and coatings appropriate for specific surfaces.

• Conduct quality control checks to ensure the integrity and finish of the work.

• Follow all health and safety guidelines and wear appropriate PPE.

• Maintain and clean painting equipment and tools.

• Work independently or within a team to complete tasks on schedule.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Proficiency in surface preparation including sanding, cleaning, and filling.

• Experience using various painting tools such as spray equipment, rollers, and brushes.

• Familiarity with types of industrial paints and application techniques.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality control.

• Knowledge of safety practices and compliance standards in industrial settings.

• Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
