Boeing is seeking a Payroll Specialist to join their team in Dubai to manage and support payroll operations across Middle East countries. This full-time role requires a proactive, detail-oriented professional with a deep understanding of payroll compliance and systems integration. Arabic fluency is essential.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing for multiple Middle East countries

• Respond promptly to employee payroll inquiries

• Collaborate with payroll vendors (CloudPay, TCS) for issue resolution and integrations

• Prepare reports on payroll and timekeeping operations

• Maintain documentation of payroll processes and compliance requirements

• Coordinate with internal teams such as HR, Benefits, and Business Support

• Interpret and apply complex payroll regulations and policies

• Improve internal payroll controls and practices

Skills and Qualifications:

• Fluency in Arabic (reading, writing, speaking) is required

• At least 3 years of experience in international payroll operations

• Deep understanding of payroll regulations in UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar

• Familiarity with payroll/timekeeping platforms and vendor relationships

• Strong analytical skills to manage exceptions and resolve discrepancies

• Systems thinking with ability to understand cross-functional impacts

• High integrity when handling confidential data
