The Happiness Hub is hiring a Research and Policy Analyst to join a semi-government entity in Abu Dhabi. This role focuses on conducting impactful research to support strategic decisions related to financial wellbeing in the UAE. Ideal for bilingual candidates experienced in data collection, statistical analysis, and policy impact reporting.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct impact research relevant to financial wellbeing and UAE market demographics

  • Collect, analyze, and interpret qualitative and quantitative data

  • Create analytical reports with clear and insightful visualizations

  • Collaborate with teams to develop policy recommendations

  • Utilize statistical tools such as SPSS and advanced Excel

  • Tabulate and structure data into meaningful formats for reporting

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Fluent in Arabic and English (bilingual required)

  • Based in Abu Dhabi

  • Strong understanding of UAE market demographics

  • Experience in impact research and data collection methodologies

  • Proficiency in SPSS and advanced Excel

  • Skilled in data tabulation, reporting, and visualization

  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
