Kendo Brands, Inc. is seeking a Demand and Supply Intern (UAE National) to join its dynamic supply chain team in Dubai. This internship offers a fantastic opportunity for a numbers-savvy, beauty-loving individual to gain hands-on experience in inventory management, sales analysis, and product launch planning across the Middle East, Africa, and Travel Retail regions.

The role is ideal for UAE Nationals looking to kick-start their careers in a fast-paced, beauty-driven environment.

Responsibilities:

Inventory Management:

• Analyze sales and inventory data per market

• Monitor store inventory levels and take corrective actions as needed

• Coordinate with retail teams to resolve out-of-stock issues

• Build strong partnerships with retailers to optimize sales

New Product Planning:

• Coordinate new product availability with global teams

• Share inbound order planning with retailers to ensure timely delivery

• Maintain and update novelty tracker

• Ensure smooth product launch execution across departments

Sell-In Analysis:

• Review and assess forecasts shared by retailers

• Analyze purchase orders and liaise with EDC to maximize fill rates

• Confirm product allocations for new and core items

General Support:

• Assist in preparing for demand review and S&OP meetings

• Conduct ad-hoc data analysis and reporting

Skills and Qualifications:

• UAE National (mandatory)

• Passion for beauty, fashion, or luxury industry

• Strong organizational and time management skills

• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

• Detail-oriented and adaptable to change

• Fast learner and team player

• Excellent communication and analytical skills
