Fitness First Middle East is hiring a Female Lifeguard to ensure the safety, hygiene, and overall supervision of the pool area at its Dubai facility. This is a full-time, on-site position ideal for a proactive individual with certified lifeguard qualifications and a strong sense of responsibility toward guest safety and pool hygiene.

Responsibilities:

Primary Duties:

• Maintain safety and hygiene standards in and around the pool area

• Prevent risky behaviors and respond to emergencies quickly and effectively

• Perform pool maintenance and ensure equipment is safely and effectively used

• Provide a high level of customer service while enforcing club rules

• Administer First Aid/CPR and conduct rescues when necessary

• Maintain valid lifeguard certification and strong swimming competency

Secondary Duties:

• Communicate pool rules and assist customers in need

• Maintain accurate incident reports and daily records

• Assist in locating missing persons or handling minor customer concerns

• Keep the pool area clean, organized, and hazard-free

Qualifications:

• Valid Lifeguard certification

• Strong swimming and rescue skills

• Excellent customer service and communication abilities

• Positive attitude and professional appearance

• Ability to stay alert and act decisively in emergencies
