Hilton is hiring a Telephones Operator for its prestigious Hilton Abu Dhabi Yas Island location. In this full-time, on-site role, you’ll be the first point of contact for guests via telephone—responding to inquiries, handling emergencies, and relaying messages. Your role will directly impact guest experience and hotel operations, requiring both hospitality skills and a strong understanding of the local area.
Responsibilities:

Respond to guest queries efficiently, delivering timely outcomes

Accept and relay all messages accurately for guests and management

Handle emergency calls and wake-up calls with precision

Promote hotel services and facilities through up-selling techniques

Maintain knowledge of hotel amenities and nearby attractions

Ensure compliance with safety, fire, and health regulations

Attend training sessions as needed

Support other departments when necessary
Qualifications:
