Silver Shore, a renowned and award-winning architectural hardware consultant and project solution supplier, is hiring an Admin Receptionist for their Dubai office. The company serves top-tier property developers, providing expert consultancy and tailored project solutions. This full-time, on-site role is ideal for a candidate who is organized, service-oriented, and proficient in administrative operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle front-desk tasks such as answering phones and emails

  • Manage clerical duties including filing, scheduling, and documentation

  • Assist with day-to-day administrative support

  • Maintain an organized and welcoming reception area

  • Ensure effective internal and external communication

Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • Strong phone etiquette and professional communication skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

  • Capable of multitasking and managing time effectively

  • Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role preferred

  • High school diploma or equivalent (certificate in Office Administration is a plus)
