NAB & GO, a reputable supermarket in Dubai, is seeking a Butcher to join their team. This is a full-time on-site role where the candidate will be responsible for meat preparation, handling seafood and poultry, and supporting the overall operations of the store. The position requires both technical butchery skills and a customer-focused approach.

Key Responsibilities:

• Cut, trim, and prepare various meats, poultry, and seafood

• Ensure product quality, proper storage, and freshness

• Maintain food safety and sanitation standards

• Assist customers with meat selections and inquiries

• Help in other store departments as assigned by the Store Head

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Experience in butchery, meat processing, and handling poultry/seafood

• Strong customer service and communication skills

• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices

• Ability to work independently and in a team

• High school diploma or equivalent
