Atlantis Resorts is hiring a dedicated and enthusiastic Head Waiter for Ling Ling, an upscale dining venue located at Atlantis, The Royal in Dubai. This full-time, on-site position is ideal for hospitality professionals with a passion for delivering extraordinary service in a high-energy, luxury environment. You will play a pivotal role in creating unforgettable dining experiences for guests, providing leadership to the service team and ensuring the highest standards of hospitality.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, establishing a professional and warm rapport.

• Oversee and support waitstaff in delivering fine dining service to guests.

• Be fully familiar with the menu, promotions, and beverage offerings.

• Provide expert recommendations to guests regarding food and beverage selections.

• Ensure the consistency and quality of food and beverage items being served.

• Escalate significant issues or guest complaints to restaurant management promptly.

• Maintain a proactive presence on the restaurant floor, ensuring all guest needs are met with care and precision.

• Support training and development of junior team members to maintain high service standards.

• Assist with setting up, organizing, and closing restaurant service operations efficiently.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role within a high-volume, upscale restaurant.

• Strong passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional guest service.

• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.

• Confidence in engaging with a diverse clientele.

• Team player with strong multitasking and leadership abilities.

• Prior experience in fine dining establishments is highly preferred.
